Shipping Costs

We ship all merchandise via Priority Mail by the United States Postal Service. Transit time is approximately 2 days to major metropolitan areas, and 3 days to more remote locations.  Please note that while USPS 2-3 Day Priority is fast and usually ships next business day, the arrival time is not guaranteed. All orders over $700 require a signature upon delivery. Gift certificates are shipped via USPS First Class Mail for a fee of $2.00.

 

Express Mail

At this stage we do not offer expedited mail service online-however if you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase Overnight Shipping at an additional charge.  In this case please call 1 323 525 0080 Shipping cost is estimated for the invoice; actual charges depend on final package weight and its destination address. Shipping cost will be calculated when the order is shipped.

We cannot deliver to P.O Boxes; the delivery address must be a street address. Orders to P.O. Boxes will be cancelled. In the event that a shipping address is not included with an order, the order will be shipped to the billing address.

Jodi B. Wise offers international shipping by USPS Global Priority Mail, for a flat fee of $20 for the first item and $3 for every additional item. Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. In-transit tracking is not provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery.

*International Buyers Please Note:  Payment MUST be made in US funds ONLY.  If you send payment by a Non-US currency, your payment will be refused.

The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Jodi B. Wise is not responsible for the local taxes or duties in your country.  The shipping fee you pay does NOT cover local taxes or duties that you may incur with delivery.

Shipping to International Destinations (outside of  the United States):  PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY! For us to process your international order, you must read and accept the following agreement:  You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by the country of entry. Furthermore, Jodibwise.com is not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left the United States. Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by Jodibwise.com.  When the returned merchandise is received by Jodibwise.com your card account will be credited for the merchandise only.  If you have questions regarding customs or duties charges and procedures in your country, it is your responsibility, not ours, to research this information PRIOR to placing your order.  All packages will have ACTUAL VALUE declared.

Returns 

Jodi B. Wise prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and service. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition with tags attached within 14 business days after being received, and you may request an exchange or we will provide you with a Web Credit, less shipping costs.  After this time there are no returns or exchanges.

Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless jodibwise.com has sent the incorrect size, an incorrect or damaged item.

Items requested for exchanges may be out of stock, and we make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory for an exchange.

When returning an item:

Please use a postal service with a tracking number and we recommend that you insure the return packages as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we don't ship ourselves.

When returning an item:

Please contact info@jodibwise.com or call 1 323 525 0080 and a representative will e-mail you/call you back immediately with a return postage address. Please include your order number, the date the order was delivered to you, billing and shipping contact information, quantity number of each item being returned, item name, type option (size), single item price, total price of returned items, and a brief description of what the problem is with the merchandise.

Web Credits

Upon receipt of returned items (that meet the requirements of our Return and Exchange Policy) a customer will be issued a web credit, valid for one year from the date issued, which can be used to purchase products on Jodibwise.com Web credits may be redeemed only over the phone by calling Jodi B. Wise at 1 323 525 0080

Back Orders
If a single item order is on backorder, it may take 4-12 weeks for it to be available as we source our fabrics from all around the world.
In the event that an item on your order is on back order, and the other items are in stock; Jodi B. Wise will ship the items in stock and remove the back order item from your order.  You will not be charged for the removed item. We will notify you when the item becomes available again.

Cancellation of orders and out of stock items:

You may only cancel your order via telephone, 1 323 525 0080 up to the time the order is shipped.

You cannot cancel your order via email.

If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You can only return the order for a Web Credit. You are responsible for all shipping costs.

Jodi B. Wise may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is cancelled because the item or items are out of stock.

In the event that part of your order is out of stock, the out of stock items will be removed from your order.  You will not be charged for the removed items.

If the out of stock items are still desired, please keep checking our website for the availability of the items that you want, so that you can reorder them.
