Order Guidelines

It may take approximately 24-48 hours to process an order before it is shipped by the Shipping Method chosen. Shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise. As we are a boutique company, when we receive a high volume of orders there may be approximately 1- 5 additional days to process an order.

All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing and we will not ship unless all information is correct.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only applied to California residents at a rate of 8.25% since Jodi B. Wise is physically located in California.

Item Availability

We will make every attempt to keep our website updated, but occasionally an item may be sold out and unavailable. In this case, we will contact you via email.

Order Tracking

Shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will contain the tracking number for your order.
